Ensure the substrate is clean and free from dust, oil, grease and loose particles before application. Dampening of substrate is required before applying Tile Adhesive. Checking the Verticality/ plumb level of substrate is essential. Ensure that the new concrete substrate/ Masonry wall is at least four weeks old and screeds/cement sand base coats are minimum 14 days old before applying such Adhesives.

Approx. 20% water ( by weight of material ) is required for mixing . Mixing can be done either manually or with a mechanical mixer/stirrer. It is advisable to use a mechanical mixer to get a homogeneous mix. The material should be applied within 90 minutes after preparation. It is recommended to apply Tile adhesive with a Notched Trowel that can provide a minimum 5 mm thick layer. It is recommended to have thickness

between 5-12mm. Grouting Activity can be taken after 24 hours. Designed/full Traffic be allowed after 48 hours of Installation.

No curing is required. Natural air curing is enough.

Recommend to wear NIOSH approved or equivalent particulate face mask when mixing the material. Material contains cement, which may

produce an allergic effect. Keep out of reach of children. Material may cause irritation to eyes and skin.

In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical assistance. After contact with skin, wash immediately with

plenty of soap and water. Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin.
